In 2023, I left my corporate job to turn my passion into my mission: empowering CEOs to lead with vision and balance. What did I learn: I love (and am good at) being the right-hand-man to CEOs of high-growth organizations. I founded Beck Executive Partners after years of hands-on experience and countless successes with visionary business leaders.
Shaped by my education at West Point and UNC Chapel Hill’s MBA program, I bring a strong background to the chief-of-staff role. As a former Army Infantry Officer, I led as a Company Commander and still serve as a Major in the Army Reserves. I've held pivotal chief-of-staff-like positions including General’s Aide and right-hand-man to the CISO at a major data center company.
Most recently, I’ve worked directly with CEOs of AI SaaS, emerging healthcare, real estate development, and Veteran nonprofit organizations. I’m “in the zone” when I am driving initiatives to boost organizational efficiency, streamlining communication channels, and leading cross-functional programs. I have a hybrid skill set and can bridge gaps across many business functions to help optimize headcount.
I live in the Atlanta area with my wife, Elizabeth, our two children, Katie and Louie, and our amazing golden retriever, Buddy.
